Answer:No, by the time that every town has their eyes on Vash and there are billions of bounty on Vash\'s head, the guy himself actually never killed anyone. All the damage he supposely caused were caused by the idiots who chase him in order to get the bounty money. Although, this changes in the end, Vash did end up killing someone, this is a big spoiler, so I won\'t go any further, go ask in the forum in the really want to know.
