| Description | A BIG BAD character at first, captain neon is the boss of a pirate ship, they had plans to rob a rich ship that Vash was riding. Later, Vash and Neon had a dual with the condition that if Vash won, Neon would let the ship go free. Vash did and Neon kept his words, he let the people go free. Actually, in the end, the ship hit the storms, he and his crew even helped the rich ship through it. But since he\'s done too many bad things, can\'t categorize his as a good guy, let\'s call him a semi-bad guy. | |
